Rental Home Manage is a complete tenant management service that handles all matters related to your rental property, including the managing of your tenants. Choose from 2 different packages. Basic Package - offers a set of services (refer to Menu), available for a yearly subscription of RM399. The Premium Package (refer to Menu) - 15% of rental, paid on monthly basis - which comes with greater offerings. With RHM, you have the flexibility to choose a package that best suits your needs.

A subscription to our RHM is depending on the package you have signed up and tied to the tenancy period (not independent from the Tenancy Agreement). For example, RHM 399 is for 1 year subscription for 1 year tenancy and RHM 599 is for 2 year subscription for 2 years tenancy.

Yes, besides the services stated under the RHM399 package, you also have access to over 20 add-ons services (found in our la carte service), where you only pay for what you need.
You can sign up for RHM at any time, but the validity date will only take effect when there is a Tenancy Agreement (TA). Only then can one enjoy the full benefits from the yearly service package.
RHM and your Tenancy Agreement (TA) are tied to one another. Let’s say the TA commences on 1st January 2023, then the RHM package will follow the commencement date of the TA where the end date is 31st December 2023. In the situation if either party breaches the contract mid tenancy or tenant seeks for early termination, the RHM package expires. If a new tenancy takes place, a new RHM package will need to be subscribed.

Yes you can! Whether or not your unit is rented out by the Rental Home Manage team, managing your tenant(s) is our priority.
No we don't. We only manage entire units.
For our basic subscription (RHM399/RHM599), the tenant will be directly transferring the monthly rental to your bank account. For our premium package (RHM15%), in order for us to monitor and keep track, monthly rental has to be transferred to the Rental Home Manage account first, then transferred to you within 3 working days.
Yes. Rental Home Manage panel agents aren't exclusive. The objective is to secure a tenant as soon as possible to minimise downtime.
Company vs Individual
We have a team to support and manage your unit throughout the tenancy. As opposed to an agent, who can fulfil your request, but if at any point, the agent resigns, he or she may not be able to assist you anymore.RHM 399 comes with One time move-out inspection
With Rental Home Manage, once you are subscribed, you will be entitled to one time move-out inspection that will be conducted at the end of the tenancy. Our move-out inspection includes a detailed report and inventory checking to ensure your unit’s condition is reported upon your tenant’s departure.Professional and reliable contractors
We provide maintenance service for your unit. If an issue is raised by the tenant, we will send our team to inspect your unit, and then come out with a Quotation. Once the issue is fixed, we will provide a warranty. We will follow up with the tenant until the issue is completely resolved.Solutions to problems
If you encounter any problem when, in the course of managing your unit, our team is on hand to provide you with suggestions to resolve the issue.If the tenant runs off in the middle of the tenancy while RHM subscription is still valid. The unit will then be labelled "AVAILABLE". We will instruct our panel agent to source for new tenants.
No, you can’t pause/freeze your RHM subscription at anytime. The RHM subscription will follow your Tenancy Agreement (TA) as long as it is still active.
2 month before the tenancy ends, we'll reach out to both the tenant and owner, to inquire if both parties want to renew the tenancy. If they don’t, then we will instruct our panel agent to source for new tenants. The objective is to minimise the vacancy of the unit.
